Congratulations to Dr. Nikoli Attai, our very own doctoral graduate and Provostial post-doctoral scholar, and currently Research Associate, The Queer and Trans Research Lab in Sexual Diversity Studies, who has recently accepted a tenure track Assistant Professor offer to join the Department of Ethnic Studies at Colorado State University in August 2022. He will teach courses on Black Feminist Studies, and Black Queer Studies with an emphasis on Black queer social movements, social justice, and queer activism. He will also establish a Black queer research lab to collaborate with scholars, mentor students, and continue his scholarship on queer politics in the Caribbean and its diasporas.
