Congratulations to Kehkashan Basu who was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30. She is the youngest person on the 2021 list in the area of Education. Kehkashan is in her third year majoring in Environmental Studies and minoring in Women & Gender Studies, and Physical & Environmental Geography. She founded the Green Hope Foundation in 2012, when she was only 12 years old. The foundation’s goal is to teach and implement the UN’s sustainable development goals through events and grassroots action like tree planting. She is also a UN Human Rights Champion and a National Geographic Young Explorer.
