Women & Gender Studies Co-founder’s New Scholarship Celebrates 50 Years of Support

Ceta Ramkhalawansingh, who helped create the first Women’s Studies course at U of T in 1971, has created a new scholarship in her name. The Ceta Ramkhalawansingh Scholarship will be awarded to one upper-year undergraduate student enrolled in a major or specialist program in women and gender studies or in Caribbean studies.
